PAINTING Refunds: No refunds or exchanges on original and commissioned and reproduction paintings - all sales final. However, I want all collectors to be happy and certain about their purchase, so, please take due diligence to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colours on different screens/monitors if colour variation is a concern, as colours can vary on different screens/monitors. I photograph each piece of work in natural light and/or professional studio lighting but colours can vary slightly in person. Please contact me if you are uncertain about any of the qualities of the art and I will happily answer any concerns via phone, email, more photos and/or video to clarify a true understanding of what the art looks like. If you live locally (Nanaimo, BC. Canada) I would be happy to arrange for you to view the art in person prior to purchase.
LIFESTYLE PRODUCT refund/return policy:
This includes all phone cases, pillows, apparel, purses.
All of these products are custom printed upon your purchase and are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be varitations between or even within an order.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all apparel, cell phone cases, purses and pillows are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. With apparel, please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts found below. With phone cases please be certain of your make/model before ordering.
S/M: Bust up to 37". Back neck to Bottom Hem: 32"
L/XL: Bust 37"and up. Back neck to Bottom Hem: 33"
S/M: Bust up to 37". Back neck to Bottom Hem: 23"
L/XL: Bust 37"and up. Back neck to Bottom Hem: 25"

Shipping policies for ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS AND REPRODUCTION PRINTS:
Shipped via Canada Post.
FREE local pick-up is 1-3 business days (use coupon code: LOCALPICKUP)
Ship within BC is 1-3 business days
Ship within Canada 3-5 business days
Shipping to the US is 4-14 business days (or so, due to customs)
These times are according to Canada Post.
Include your email for tracking.
Insurance is included up to $100. Additional insurance is available upon quote.
Other International Shipping is available upon requested quote. Contact owner for quote.
Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees:
US and International buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/taxes/broker fees once item arrives in country. Please include your phone number when you are checking out with PAYPAL as this is required for shipping labels in case carrier may need to reach you.
Damaged or lost deliveries?
For any reason the shipping company damages or looses your package, Ronei of HA Cyan Creative Inc. is not responsible. You will need to contact Canada Post via your tracking number and use the insurance provided. Include your email for tracking. Standard insurance covering $100 loss is included, but a custom insurance quantity higher than $100 can be quoted prior to shipping.
PHONE CASE shipping:
There is a flat fee for all orders within Canada and the US. FREE LOCAL Nanaimo pick-up is not available because the manufacturer does direct drop-ship from their warehouses out of Montreal and New York.
Shipping times?…It will take me 1-2 days to design your product; 1-3 days for the manufacturer to make it and depending on where you live…within Canada, orders usually take 2-13 business days. For example, a package sent Canada Post Expedited may take 5 days to get to Vancouver, BC, and another package sent by the same service will take 13 days to get to Iqaluit, Nunavut.
Within the USA, orders usually take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped.
International orders take 10-30 business days, but may be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs.

I need to know the size(s), colours (up to three of your choice) and inspiration pictures to gather an idea on your style! I will then give you a quote.
Once the quote is received and approved, a 50% deposit is required.
Once the deposit is received, the fun begins. I will send photos of the progress to keep you a part of the process - that part is SO fun!
Turn around time for completion is 4 weeks. I allow up to two changes (if physically possible) per project that will and additional charge above original quote and will be charged at my hourly rate.
Once the painting is completed to your satisfaction, the final invoice is sent and your painting is ready for pick up or shipping once final payment is received .
Keep in mind, I want my clients to be 100% satisfied
once their piece is completed, while staying
true to my own artistic style and ability.
